After a scorching hot day at the State Fair last Wednesday, Hopewell High School senior, Christian Sherr, and freshman, Tiara Taylor, brought home the gold.
This year the State Fair of Virginia hosted a mini competition, sponsored by Virginia DECA, which was not so tiny.
